With this exclusive 1:1 session, you will receive dedicated, hands-on guidance from a florist trained at London’s five-star hotels, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence to craft stunning Rozi Flowers creations.

We provide everything you need for a seamless experience — aprons, florist scissors, notebooks, pens, and more — so you can focus entirely on creating your floral masterpiece.

🌸 Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made 4–6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

- If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the workshop start time, your booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

🌸 Refund Policy

Please note that when a refund is processed, a processing fee is automatically deducted by the payment provider. This fee is charged by the payment provider and is not retained by us. As a result, the refunded amount may be lower than the original payment amount.

- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us in advance.

- If you are unable to attend, you may also reschedule your booking to a future workshop date (one-time only), subject to availability (You have to let us know at least one week ago).

- In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
